The home was vacant for a while so we starting having issues almost immediately. Pat was one of the first people who answered my initial questions and was able to come out quickly to inspect. He was fair, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I’ve had a few problems over the years and he’s the only company I’d work with. When we had an issue that was outside his scope, he referred me to someone who was able to come out the next day and diagnose. It’s difficult to find good people to work with, but when you do they often know of other good companies as well. I’ll only use SOS septic and Pat for all my future needs.

Our septic pump went out and backed up the sewer main. We repaired the pump and I felt like a superhero. With great effort we went to unclog the backup but failed badly. I soon felt miserable and useless. I decided to get the septic pumped as we never had it done. Plan was to deal with the main after pumping.
